Spiced Whisky made by blending Organic unwaxed citrus fruit, ginger, honey and fair trade sugar with scotch whisky. Made from Organic Gloucestershire Quinces from my garden, Delicate flavour which is good on its own, over ice or with an after dinner cheese board of young soft goats, or cows cheese, hard cheeses such as Double Gloucester, Spenwood and Spanish Manchengo or add a dash to apple pies, crumbles and fruit salads.

Raspberry Brandy Liqueur:         35 cl                 27% Vol
